Appointment Policy
Please call us on 09-623-2651 to schedule appointments. We recommend that you book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes you have to cancel an appointment. As a service, you will receive a call the day before your scheduled appointment to confirm. You are requested to provide at least 24 hours notification for any cancellation.
Payment Information
We accept EFTPOS, Credit Cards (Master & Visa only), cash, and Planet Ayurveda gift vouchers.
Late Arrivals
We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please understand that your appointment is scheduled with a therapist, whose time is allocated exclusively to you throughout your treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, your treatment time may have to be adjusted to complete the treatment in time.
Gift Vouchers
Planet Ayurveda Vouchers make the perfect gift for all occasions. Gift Vouchers can be purchased from our reception. All services are exchangeable but not refundable.
Cell Phones
To preserve the tranquility of the wellbeing centre and spa, we respectfully request that cell phones should be turned off or silenced when you enter the Center.
