Path to Health™
This program is for those who are ready to follow an Ayurvedic path to health & wellbeing but are unable to attend a personal consultation with Dr. S. Ajit, Australasia’s most experienced Ayurvedic Doctor and Director of Planet Ayurveda.
How Path to Health™ works
Simply complete the online questionnaire, forward a payment NZ$80.00 (a 40% discount on a normal consultation charge) and you will receive a detailed and comprehensive six stage program designed by Dr Ajit. The program will identify your body type or Prakruti, the imbalances in your body and the seasonal impact on your body at the time of your consultation.
The program will comprise a detailed day to day program and lifestyle regime for you to follow. The advice will identify where toxins are accumulating in your body, where they originate and how you can play a role in minimizing and removing them before they start damaging your bodily intelligence.
The program also will provide you with a comprehensive list of activities & foods that are compatible with your body’s constitution. It will give you a detailed explanation of compatible foods for your breakfast, lunch and dinner and how to prepare them. You will also be prescribed specific Ayurvedic herbal formulations that will help to eliminate the toxins for your body and revive your bodily intelligence. It also includes a comprehensive list of activities & foods which are incompatible to your body’s constitution and why you should avoid them.
Finally, Dr. Ajit will structure a specific program of Ayurvedic bodywork treatments that will help to systematically detoxify the body and bring the body back into balance.
The program will make you aware that your health problems are not due to external factors over which you have no control but are created by imbalances in the body & mind from poor lifestyle choices & diet. You will learn how to create a balance between mind, body & soul and how this awareness can bring health and wellbeing to your life.
