Dr. S. Ajit:
Dr. Ajit has a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) from Punjabi University. For over 18 years he worked for the Government of India in various positions in both Ayurvedic hospitals and pharmacies. In 1996, he moved to New Zealand where he practices and teaches Ayurvedic Medicine, making him one of the most experienced Ayurvedic doctor in Australasia.

Dr. Ajit is a specialist in Panchkarma therapy and his centre in Auckland is one of the few therapeutic Panchkarma Clinics in Australasia. Dr. Ajit is also renowned for the use of Ayurvedic counseling techniques which can achieve a physical & mental balance faster than other techniques.

Dr Ajit is well respected by his clients for his dedication and commitment in leading them to health. His students know him as an Ayurvedic teacher who leads by example for his life is an embodiment of its ancient principles.

Rippan Sandhu
:
As a Graduate & Lecturer in Ayurvedic culinary principles & nutrition, Rippan has dedicated her life to sharing her experience and knowledge of Ayurveda with others.

She is also the driving force behind the Ayurda skin care collection, a range of Ayurvedic skin care products which promote natural health & beauty.

More recently, she has developed the Planet Ayurveda Spa under the brand “Spa Ayurda” which she is marketing around the world.

Marlena Simon:
Marlena is a key member of Planet Ayurveda’s Administration team.  She brings her rich administration experience and organizational skills to the Reception Desk with her ability to establish priorities and to deal effectively with deadlines.

Anna  Clark:
Anna is another member of Centre’s Administration team, working at Planet Ayurveda for the last three years. Apart from her administration experience, she is a follower of Ayurvedic principles. She has completed studies in Ayurveda & Aromatherapy and has a keen interest in Vedic philosophy.

Kanwalpreet Kaur:

Previously an Assistant professor at an Indian University, Kanwal has joined Planet Ayurveda as Practice Manager and a Lecturer with the AIAS.

It is her goal to combine her vast range of experience with her ability to be a compassionate and enthusiastic.

Michael Macdonald:

A transforming trip to India in the early 1990’s sparked his interest in Vedic philosophy, particularly Yoga & Ayurveda. An experienced therapist along with a yoga practitioner for 15 years, he is a graduate of Australasian Institute of Ayurvedic Studies.

Rea Taree:

In 2001, Rea started following Ayurveda, which she believes has made a positive impact in her life. She decided to deepen her understanding  & commenced studying the Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant course in 2003.  

Rea graduated in 2006 and is now one of Planet Ayurveda’s Senior Therapists.

Kathleen Rameka:

Kathleen has been a follower of Ayurveda for many years. She joined Planet Ayurveda in 2006 where she uses her knowledge to great effect as a therapist at the clinic. It is a great honour to have her working here.

Kay Todd:

Kay was introduced to Ayurveda by a friend from India who often provided her with Ayurvedic kitchen remedies. After finding an advertisement in a natural health magazine in 2005, she decided to change her career and joined the Clinical Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant Course. She is a true follower of Ayurveda.
